- Customers must provide proper access to the premises at the scheduled time.
- Delays caused due to lack of access may result in additional charges or service cancellation.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must remove or secure valuable, fragile, or personal items before service begins.
- Any pre-existing damage should be informed in advance.
6. Safety & Liability
- Our staff uses safe and standard cleaning products.
- Shyam Urban Cleaning Service will not be responsible for damage caused by poor-quality materials, old fittings, or pre-existing conditions.
- Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
7. Quality Assurance
- If you are not satisfied with the service, please inform us within 24 hours of service completion.
- We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
8. Health & Hygiene
