Refund and Returns Policy

At Shyam Urban Cleaning Service, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before booking our services.

1. Service-Based Policy

As we provide service-based cleaning solutions, returns are not applicable once the service has been delivered.

2. Advance Payment

  • Any advance payment made is used to reserve time, staff, and resources.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Service not delivered due to our fault
  • Duplicate or incorrect payment
  • Valid service-related issues reported within 24 hours of completion

Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Shyam Urban Cleaning Service.

5. Quality Concerns

If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will review the concern and make reasonable efforts to resolve it, including re-service if applicable.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method

7. Changes to Policy

Shyam Urban Cleaning Service reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
